I played one of these back when they first came out, might have even been the original. It might not be as accurate as today's offerings, but I loved the feedback in terms of the club path and speed. That's usually where most amature players are lacking. If you focus on…

I have been following you for a year and enjoy your videos. When you hit five balls and compared between the Opti Shot vs the Garmin there is one issue with the experiment. You hit all 10 balls perfect . The Opti Shot calculates the launch angle based on you selecting the club…

Thanks for this Zaren! It's looking good! Overall it's great, but there still seems to be something off with the club path. If you have a slightly open face with a heavy inside outside path, the ball should still draw left. In this scenario, TGC sees an open face and seems to…

If you can buy from Dick’s Sporting Good or Best Buy… and try it out. These major retail stores allow returns on almost all items within a few days etc. We have had almost no luck with using drivers. Even with special lighting and using tape etc. Opti is not super accurate. Their…

Sorry, I didn't take your earlier suggestion of playing around with the optishot sensor selection. I got it working now I think. It's great!

We have definitely hit down on the pad/sensors very very hard. We luckily have not damaged the sensors. It’s very hard to damage them, but I bet it is possible. There is a video of a guy really beating up the Opti Pad and it seems to hold up pretty well.

I think you may need to have an option to remove the front sensor club selection. 7 out of 10 times I swing, the club changes in TGC right after I swing, followed by a swing with the wrong club in TGC. It's not usable at this time. Thanks for trying to figure this one out. You…

I moved to a Skytrak from an Optishot. The fee for the game improvement package that also allows you to use SIM software, such as TGC 2019 is only $100 a year. That is $8.33 a month, not very much to pay to get much, much, much more accurate ball flight. I don't feel like $8 a…

Yes, tested it with my wives clubs since I didn't feel like going down to the garage to get mine. Played exactly what I expected. I tried a cut, heavy draw and my normal baby draw shapes back to back to back and it all registered. Here was my test -> https://youtu.be/ggAPnfWXUkQ

Cover the entire club bottom with flat black gaffers tape.. Get a piece of 20mm wide ( or about 1") reflective tape cut it about 75% of the length across your club bottom( clubs vary).. place the tape about 4-6mm (3/8 - 1/2") behind the edge of the club face. Place it as straight…

I actually bought the optishot and I don’t find it accurate at all. I never fade and it give me a fade 80% of the time. I’m saving up for the mevo plus

Thanks! Great choice in the Optishot. I was just hitting on it tonight. I have gotten so much better using it. Good call on the short throw projector. That is on my list of upgrades. Let me know if you have any questions.
